CM Yogi takes big action in Ayodhya rape case, SHO and outpost in-charge both suspended, bulldozers being prepared

Preparations are now being made for bulldozer action on SP leader Moeed Khan, the main accused in the rape case of a minor in Ayodhya. This action can be taken on many properties including Moeed Khan's bakery. On Friday itself, the Revenue Department had measured the property of the accused and today again the Revenue Department team will reach there. Moeed Khan is also accused of illegal occupation of many government lands along with ponds and graveyards.

Samples of the goods being made in Moeed Khan's bakery have also been taken and the bakery has been sealed. Taking action, Assistant Food Commissioner Manik Chand Singh said that the license of the accused's bakery will be cancelled.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         At the same time, he has also been threatened with death if he does not settle the rape case. This threat was given to the victim in the hospital. A case has been registered against Samajwadi Party leader and Chairman of Nagar Panchayat Bhadarsa Mohammad Rashid, SP leader Jai Singh Rana and another in the case of threatening the family for not settling the matter.

It is alleged that these SP leaders had gone to the hospital to threaten the minor rape victim for not settling the matter. It has been said in the FIR that a case has been registered in Kotwali Nagar against SP leader and chairman of Nagar Panchayat Bhadarsa Mohammad Rashid, SP leader Jai Singh Rana and another. The accused went to the District Women's Hospital at 11:00 pm and threatened the victim's family to settle the matter. Ramsevakdas, a resident of Pipri Bharatkund, has filed this case. The victim is currently admitted in the District Women's Hospital.

Actually, this incident of gang rape is from Pura Kalandar police station area of ​​Ayodhya, where after raping a minor, the accused made an obscene video of her and then blackmailed her for a long time and kept raping her in turns. This case was revealed when the victim became two months pregnant.

The 12-year-old girl is the youngest of four sisters, her father died two years ago. The household is run by the money earned by her mother and sisters from labor. It is alleged that about two and a half months ago, the victim was returning from the field after working as a laborer. Then on the way, she met a man named Raju who told her that bakery owner Moeed Khan was calling her. It is alleged that Moeed raped her and Raju made a video of it. Then Raju also raped the girl. For a long time, both of them kept doing dirty things with her by blackmailing her on the basis of the video. The matter came to light when the girl became 2 months pregnant.

Allegation of the victim's family

The victim's family complained about this matter to the police but it is alleged that initially no action was taken on it. Later, when the people of Nishad Party along with Hindu organizations expressed anger, the police arrested SP's Bhadarsa Nagar President Moeed Khan and Raju, who worked at his bakery. The victim's mother told that when we went to the police station with the complaint, the inspector told us to keep Raju's name but remove the other name. Then after the intervention of the SP, our case was registered. We want death penalty for the accused.

The mother of the victim minor girl met CM Yogi Adityanath in Lucknow on Friday (August 2). During this, the CM assured strict action against SP leader Moeed Khan and other accused. After this, action has been taken against the police station in-charge and the outpost in-charge and investigation of the property of the accused has been started.
